Our 2,000 sq. ft. log cabin is located on a National Scenic Byway on County Road 8 and is surrounded on three sides by Routt National Forest which borders the Flat Top Wilderness area in Northwest
Colorado. The adjacent land area is over four million acres through an assortment of
federal and state land. We also have smaller individual cabins and homes near Craig, CO off of Hwy 40.
Wild Skies' cabin located in the Flat Tops is the perfect mountainside retreat.
With over 1/2 mile of river frontage at 8500 feet elevation and nestled in a grove of aspen and pine trees, the cabin exudes an atmosphere of rustic elegance. Most anyone that has stayed at Wild Skies' cabin, has just been awe struck by the vastness and sheer beauty of staying at the cabin. The vistas/the views they get to see are breathtaking. From the wildlife, the mountains, rivers and streams to the charming features of the cabin. In the summertime the wildflowers are spectacular. In the wintertime, it is peaceful and serene.

locations which are either close to Craig or remote and easy to access in the Flat Tops. Picture yourself in the
